Company Overview
Legal Placements, Inc (LPI) was founded in 1996, and GSA scheduled as a Small, Women Owned Staffing Agency. LPI maintains a certification by the Women’s Business Enterprise Council (WBENC). LPI is based in Washington, DC, with an additional office located in Tysons Corner, VA and also has a business presence in New York, NY, Baltimore, MD and Richmond, VA. Also under the LPI umbrella are Proven Placements, which focuses on clerical openings, and Information Technology Placements, which has a focus on IT related positions. LPI continually maintains our extensive candidate database to staff general administrative, legal administrative/secretarial and paraprofessional positions. We provide our clients with the caliber of employees they need and expect.
Clients
LPI has provided professionals to the Federal Government via our GSA Schedule Contract. Previously, LPI worked with the US Attorney’s Office in Boston, MA, placing 3 contract paralegals. We have also provided, on a consistent short term contract basis, administrative support for the Corporation for National & Community Service in Washington, D.C. In addition to this work, LPI has provided services for hundreds of law firms across the United States, along with non-legal entities such as: GEICO, AMTRAK, Booz Allen, Freddie Mac, Marriott, General Dynamics, American Federation of Teachers, Gannett, Bearing Point, ChoicePoint, DynCorp, NeighborWorks America, MicroStrategy, and SRA International.
