We carefully screen all candidates through a precise interviewing process, which includes extensive resume review, meeting each candidate in person, portfolio and project review, salary history review, complete references, degree and bar verification and criminal/social security background checks. Upon the client's request, we also conduct drug screening on our candidates. All of this collected data will be shared so that you will be well informed on each candidate.
